Sonix Snap iPhone 4 case

Written By: Cesar R.

Are you looking for an iPhone 4 case that won’t add any thickness to it, but still protect your iPhone? Well the Sonix Snap case is perfect for you. It is a very thin plastic case with a rubberized coating that gives it a good grip and adds a good feeling to it, even though it is very thin it will not break easily, at least from my experience with the case. It is a hard shell case so all the buttons are expose and easy to get to. When you first insert the iPhone into the case it can be difficult, it is even more difficult to take the iPhone out of the case. After a couple times that you take it out and put it back in, it starts to get easier, but it doesn’t get loose, and still hold your iPhone tight. It does a really good job protecting the iPhone. You will also get an anti-glare screen protector and a micro-fiber cleaning cloth. The screen protector protects the screens very well and it does a good job when your in the sun. When you lay your iPhone face down on a flat surface, the screen will never touch the surface because it has built in screen stilts which rises the iPhone ever so slightly from the surface. I have drop my iPhone couple times from about three to four feet hitting my wooden floor with the case on and nothing happened to the iPhone or the case. The case is sold for $25 and
you can buy it from http://lenntek.com/. This is a really good case, I would have to give this case a 9/10 simply because it can be difficult to put in and take out at the beginning, but it does a really good job protecting the iPhone and it doesn’t make the iPhone very bulky.

Adobe Compromise Will Bring Flash To iDevices

Written By: Zach B.

The iPhone has been out for about 4 years now. The iPod Touch has been out for 3 years, and the iPad has been out for about a year. These are all iDevices but the one thing iDevices users have been waiting for is flash. Most phones have it now with most of them android phones and tablets, these devices come in with flash built it to the firmware. Adobe may have finally come up with a solution to the Flash dilemma once and for all with their latest version of Flash. At the National Association of Broadcasters trade show in Las Vegas, Adobe recently previewed the latest version of Flash that incorporates HTTP live streaming. With this new version of Flash, iDevices will finally be able to display Flash video without the need to install any software on their devices. This would allow people to browse flash content on there iDevice’s browser natively with the HTTP live streaming. They would also be able to do it without jailbreak or any other modifications to your iDevice. Although Apple does not want flash on there iDevices and they have gone so far to not let Adobe put flash on the iOS platform that they even have put letters ranting about why flash is bad on the homepage. This would completely allow Adobe to put flash on the iDevice natively and without any approval from Apple. What do you think. Should iDevices have flash player?

Review of the Desk Genie stand

Written By: Jace G.

The Desk Genie, a stand for mobile devices such as phones, was sent to me for review these past few weeks from Mobile Fun and I so far I love it. The stand is essentially a  stand, computer USB hub, an SD card holder, and a charger. This is a lot of things packed into a little device. Starting with the pros, this device is not just an ordinary stand. This device is beyond that with all these things packed in. But when you talk about the actual stand part it’s still above and beyond what you would normally expect. It can hold virtually any phone, also some ipods, in landscape or portrait mode. With that said it holds these devices by just sticking it onto a rubber backing. I personally am not exactly sure what material it is but it doesn’t loose its grip and leaves no residue on your device. Its AMAZING! The SD card reader works perfectly as well with no difficulty. Now to start with some Cons, the stand, as said before, has a rubberize backing which means it can and will attract lint, dust Etc. But they say you can easily clean this by simply wiping the pad with a little water and wipe with a clean cloth. (be sure not to use solvents or alcohol wipes). I don’t have any other complaints about it it is an awesome device. Now if you would like to know what charger attachments it comes with, here is a list from them,

  • iPhone/iPod
  • Nokia 2mm (works with 5800, N95, 6700 and more)
  • Nokia 3.5mm (works with 3310, 6680, 6230 and more)
  • MicroUSB (for Nokia N97/BlackBerry 8900/Samsung Omnia II and more)
  • Mini USB (for BlackBerry 8300 /HTC Hero/MP3)
  • LG (works with all LG phones)
  • Samsung Tip1 (works with D900, U600, D800 and more)
  • Samsung Tip2 (works with Omnia, Pixon, Tocco Lite and more)
  • Sony Ericsson Fast Port (works with all Sony Ericsson phones)

And if you think that they only have stuff for phones or ipods, well your wrong they have way more including things for the ipad 2 which you can check out here==>  http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/cat/iPad-2-Desk-Stands.htm

Over all with all these features and price of £11.95 or $19.53 it would be wrong not to give it its rightfully deserved 10/10. So go purchase yours now @ http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/desk-genie-non-slip-charging-desk-stand-p22432.htm

Sony CEO Accidentally Leaked Camera For iPhone 5

Written by Zach B.

Howard Stringer, the CEO of Sony. During a interview accidentally revealed that Apple’s 5th generation iPhone may pack the most impressive camera to date in the history of the iPhone.  According to stringer the iPhone 5 is likely to pack a 8mp camera similar to the one on the Sony Xperia Neo. Omnivision is the current provider for the iPhone 4 camera which is a 5mp camera.
Last year there were some rumors saying that the apple would be using Sony for some of the iPhone 5 part such as the camera. But there has not been a confirmed relationship til now. So now it is pretty much safe to say that the iPhone 5 is going to have a 8mp camera. Also that future iPhone will have that same camera or better.
